Terms & Conditions

 

A signed agreement detailing your requirements is needed before commencement of work.

 

All invoices (other than retainer packages which will be invoiced at the beginning of each month) must be paid on completion of work.

 

Since all projects are different, the final invoice will be calculated according to the work involved.

 

Extra materials purchased, telephone calls, faxes, postage etc. will be billed as extra.

 

Please remember final proof-reading is the responsibility of the client, however, errors returned within 48 hours will be corrected free of charge.
