A. I can come to your office, take the extra work, complete and return it to you.  This way, you only pay for the hours worked and not for any quiet periods you may have.  You also get the benefit of experienced staff working for you instead of having to train a temp each time you need help. 

 

Q. Do you have an important meeting or conference to organise but just don't have the time to do it properly?

A. I can research and liaise with the venue, send invitations, organise accommodation and refreshments and attend the event if required.

A. I have up to date transcription machines and can type your work from audio tapes or handwritten material.

Office Assistance began trading in April 2002 with the aim to assist small and medium sized businesses and entrepreneurs by managing their administration, leaving them free to concentrate on running their own business.

With over 16 years of secretarial and business administration experience, I have the ideal knowledge and background to enhance your busy life.

I have worked in industries such as banking, publishing, marketing and systems communications as a P.A. at the highest levels and have developed a resourceful and highly efficient working culture.
